Crow/Crowe - Alcester/Stratford/Redditch

I am researching the Crow family originally from Alcester.  My grandmother was Sarah Jane Crowe of Stratford on Avon.
I am trying to link up the Alcester and Redditch Crow/Crowes

Yesterday a wonderful man at a very tiny Family history center in Ontario found another grandmother for me.  My Great Grandmother and her Williams, Moore family of Alcester immigrated at the end of 1800's  but i have been able to trace the lines back and yesterday we found Anne Dutton's parents John Dutton and Mary Crow  who were married in Alcester  May 20 1727.  I will be researching them online this weekend but Anne Dutton was married to Joseph Smith their daughter Sarah Smith married William Moore and then down to the Williams all of Alcester.   Hopefully I can find you again and remember to let you know what I found.  I am also trying to find Webbs in Long Marston South of Stratford upon avon...so we may hook up again.

I have a Mary Crow baptised 13 Dec 1703, daughter of John Crow and Mary (surname unknown).  I am not sure which John Crow this is - either b1669 or b1674.  Unfortunately I live in South Africa so only have access to internet records.  Have you tried the LDS site?  https://familysearch.org

I would appreciate any further info that you have come across.

Yes the family history centers are at the LDS churches here in canada and are hooked into familysearch.org.  I now have:

- Mary Crowe born 1703 parents John Crowe and Mary Sibbald

- John Crowe born 1674 Alcester parents Edward Crowe and Eleanor UpRoberts (b1640)

- Edward Crowe born 1641 Alcester parents Thomas Crowe and Ann (b1641)

- Thomas Crowe born 1614 Bromsgrove parents William Crowse and Jana Bafford

- William Crowse born 1575 Bromsgrove parents John Crowse and Margaret Clarke

- John Crowse born 1547 Upleaden Gloucestershire

It took a long time to sort them out but the Upleaden crowes are a big family in the little Upleaden and well recorded so I could trace them.  It's the Crowes that got me back to the 1500's that was a very exciting night of research!  I have not done anything since and this was before familysearch uploaded there new records.
