Ladies Please ;D Thank you for the very kind offer but as a pensioner i have a free travel pass. I would not be helping others if i didn't or they would have to wait till the summer  ;D I only mentioned it because  the weather has been so bad and it's cold and wet waiting for a bus. So if it's blowing a Gail on  a Thursday or Friday you will understand if i don't go as promised. Got soaked last week ,no shelter :(

Celia

Sandy as said ::) In regard to finding out which stone are from the church. we will have to wait till my next visit. I am not sure how i find out about those. That is realy up to you, but i will ask anyway. You are third on the list, while you are waiting why not ask the Chapel if they have any records of
how to find out who's stones got moved to rake lane. I will have a look up for your Sarah around 1895. two years each way.

They are William Thomas and Mary Ann (or Marianne) Taylor
.

Karen some good news at last. Your Taylors are in Plot 11. G. Which is right in the center of the cemetery and not round the edges ,i wonder where that came from ;) I have your Mary Ann Taylor no 630 sec 11.G Grave number 186.

no 9102. Folio 167.  year 1928. burial oct 30th
William Thomas Taylor age 73. 40 Edith road seacombe
Mode of Burial 2nd class. Sec 11G grave no 168.

I do not know if this is any connection but it is on the same page as Mary Ann Taylor.

September 1922. Thomas Merton Taylor.Burial 9th Sep 1922 age 55. This one is plot 6.G. I cant make out the address of this person ,it looks like 9, Liesly Road Liscard

I was correct in my assumption of the registers .They are held elswhere. The above information came from the correct source. It was the word General ground that did the trick.

I was directed to the wrong site on my last visit it turned out i had been looking around 11c plot instead of 11g the person who directed me must have thought i said c. Anyway it was right on the outside of the plot. Just as well because it was massive ;D  Let me know if the bottom headstone is yours or not. If not i will delete it to save download time.

WOW!!! You are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The emotions that are going on just sitting here seeing that photo. Not quite as strong as when I found my grandparents grave in Clydebank, Scotland by a strange circumstance (found by no plot #'s but by walking and finally asking in prayer to my Grandmother to show me it and there it was!)

A million thanks for all the effort that went into finding this. I know you have gone the extra mile to do so!

I hadn't answered your last message to me because I had driven over to Tucson, Arizon to spend 5 days with my cousin there. Her Mum is the one that has given me all the info on the Taylor's and the burial document. I used her laptop and wasn't comfy using it to do other things besides reading my mail.

Weird about William John not being on the stone even though he is on the burial document. My aunt has given me an address to his grand daughter in New Zealand so I am in the process of writing her for more info on the Taylor's. I had even mentioned we were locating the gravesite of her grandfather...maybe she can shed some light on the matter.

I will also write my aunt about the "other" Taylor stone you found. First guess to me is they are Not related...but one never knows.

Again...a MILLION thanks go out to you
All my love and appreciation....I owe you a dinner next time I come that way  :)

Hi Karen, thats one problem solved ;D now we have another ;) I  looked for William J  23rd/12/1963 he wasn't there. Lets hope Williams Granddaughter can give us some clues It's grave genealogy is this ;D It's nice to be able to take photo's of a stone especially in your case.as you have the internment (might be a mistake Though)If i had just said sorry he isn't on it. I could imagine your reaction. Sending a photo is my proof ;)
