Hi Celia

Me again

Seeing as Charles Owen has been found at Flaybrick, is there a chance now that his wife Elizabeth is buried there too, ( previous post)?

Only a thought
Cheers

I am putting thr reply to that on your other Topic "Where can he be buried" as it is a bit confusing on both topics ;D

Hello Celia
I'm looking for my great grandparents last resting place

DAVIES, David, bap January 11, 1833 -died October 20, 1906
DAVIES, Ellen, bap December 30, 1832 - died May 14, 1910
both of 147 Livingstone Street, Birkenhead (Tranmere area?)

They were not Catholic and were both baptised and married 1859 in the Church of Wales (Anglican).
However their daughter, my grandmother Annie Elizabeth, was married in the Wesleyan Methodist Ebeneezer Welsh Chapel in Birkenhead in 1912 so they may have converted in later life and been buried Non-conformist.

Any help or information much appreciated
Heather in Vancouver

Hello Heather
Have you any Reason for thinking your G.Grandparents might be buried in a Wallasey Cemetery, rather than One in Birkenhead where they lived?

Your burials are to early to be in Lanican because that didn't open till 193? There are 6 cemeteries in and around Birkenhead that does not include any Church yards. With the years being 1906 & 1910, I will have a look in Flaybrick as that is an old cemetery. It wont be till Thursday though because the archives are only open a couple of days a week. I could go to the main library, but it isn't convenient for me i am afraid ;) and the other ones dont have them on film.
