                    I am trying to fine any information on a William Roe born in 1815 in Bramshot,Hampshire,
also his first wife was a Sarah born in Westdean near  Brighton in 1820,
I am trying to find her maiden name,

Have found 1851 census - living in Lower Street, Haslemere
William 35 Labourer, born Bramshott (just down the road)
Sarah 31, born West dean
William 11, born Fernhurst
George 9, born Fernhurst
Edmund 7, born Fernhurst
Ann 5, born Thursley
Alfred 4, born Thursley
Frank 2, born Thursley
2 lodgers George Heath 29 and John Houndsdom 25.

Hi again

A possible for Sarah could be Sarah Coble.  Found  marriage record for William Roe and Sarah Coble:

1838 December
Hambldon, Surrey/Sussex
Vol 4 Page 237

This date would fit with the first child William being born 1840.
