Mostly when we search we are looking for specific information, surnames, places etc - so not surprising the "genealogy" as an individual search term doesn't crop up so often I guess

remove drm from wmv????
that sounds painful what on earth does it mean?
Remove the drum from washing machine/vacuum?
Remove a dram from the whiskey malt vat?

drm = 'digital rights management'. It is included in some .wmv (Windows media video) files to prevent unauthorised duplication (eg making multiple copies of video/music).

I expect there are a lot more people researching their genealogy now than there was 5 years ago when this post was started!
I also expect the top 200 search terms is somewhat different now than 5 years ago...
WIMBUSH - Everywhere :: MARLOW/JECOCK/JUSTICE - Northamptonshire/Warwickshire/Oxfordshire :: SCALES/BRIDGES/ENGLISH/SPINK/PETCH/GOOCH/COCKSEDGE - Suffolk :: GARRETT/GIBBS/FEARN - Warwickshire :: DEVOS - Scotland (Aberdeen)/France(Dunkerque) :: MURRAY - Ireland(Down)/Scotland(Lochs) :: TIGHE/TREACY - Cork

The numbers of people using ancestry are quite remarkable
