Kimpton, Herts lookup

Can anyone lookup Kimpton, Herts parish records:

I am looking for the parents of:
Tamar Gatward (may be Tamara)
Thomas Ivory Gatward
Sarah Ivory Gatward

 All christened at Kimpton on 11/04/1830. I need confirmation of parents that I believe to be Samuel Gatward and Mary Ivory?

Also John Gathward/Gathard (should this be Gatward) christened on 30/11/1794. Parents Samuel and Mary??.

Also a marriage of Samuel Gathard (should be Gatward?) to Mary Ivory at Kimpton on 22/02/1805.

I would be grateful if anyone can help sort these Gatwards out.

Hi,I was going back through unanswered posts and found yours.I don't have parish records but here is your family in the 1841 census for Kimpton HO107  445/9                                  Peter's Green,Kimpton
Samuel Gatthard       age55   grocer
Mary         "             age55
Caleb        "             age20
Sarah        "             age15
Thomas      "            age15 apprentice carpenter
Tamar        "            age10
All born in the county.Ages 15 and above were normally rounded up or down to nearest 5.
There are more Gatthards and Ivorys in the village if you require them.Regards,Pete

I'm doing a spot of housekeeping.  Do you still need this information please?  If so, it might be worth contacting HALS who offer a very reasonable research service if you cannot visit in person.

I'm afraid that very few people have personal copies of Herts Parish Records because HALS only sells them on microfilm, so it might be worth hiring the Kimpton film for viewing at your nearest LDS Family History Centre.
