1841-1851 lookup please

Can anybody please help me locate an EDWARD FOX born about 1820 in Gresham, Norfolk. His mothers name was ANN FOX born about 1798 also in Gresham. Ann was not married when she had Edward so do not know if her name has changed since then. Thanks

Hi ,have looked at the 1851 census,cannot see a Edward or Ann Fox
These are the only Fox born Gresham on the census
Thomas Fox head age 49.

Sarah Fox head age 70 pauper
-------
Thomas Fox head age 27
wife Willoughby  age 23
daur Martha age 3
daur Emily age 1
------
Henry Fox head age 59 blacksmith
Sophia fox wife age 60
daur Mary Ann u/m age 25
son Robert age 17 u/m

maybe a connection??

I have just joined rootschat and have read your 1841-1851 census lookup posted on 30th October 2005.  I don’t know if you have found Edward and his mother Ann Fox, but as they are my ancestors I have more details if you are still interested.

Yes you are quite right my grandmother was Annie Sloan nee Gresham. I only know that she died on 25th Sept.1953 aged 70 years.
I would be delighted to know more when this is possible.
