Only two JEFFREY's at Churchstow as follows:

George b 1801 in the Workhouse

Robert b 1831 Aveton Gifford a Farm Labourer
living with CROCKER family

Sorry omitted to say- Ottery is many miles away, so possibly no connection. I picked up a family in the 1841 census in Churchstow, being Thomas & Mary living in Venn nr Churchstow, but cant pick them up on 1851 census.
