lookup William Nicholson 1841/51 Lancashire

Could anyone with the 1841/51,census for Lancashire
please look for a William Henry, or William Nicholson
born circa 1839 he went on to be a blacksmith.he went
to Ireland and married in 1869,his fathers name was John
(occ) gardener. I got this information from his marr/cert

Its not a lot to go on but its all I have.

 Thats all I have got.

 I have his marriage cert,and the 1901 census from  Carlingford in Ireland,a few of his sons came over to
Liverpool including my GF.I have all their birth/certs
from Ireland but we know that GGF,was born in
England, he died betwwen 1904/1910,but cannot find
his death over in Ireland,we were told he was from
Lancashire,there is no other Nicholsons on any of the
birth/certs as witnesses,all I know is his father was John
occ gardner.

Does it not say in 1901 where he was born?

I searched 1851 and this was the only William with father John. There were a couple without fathers.

What about this family? John worked on the railway, but there is a WH born 1839.
