was the new chapel built on the site of the old one? looks like there is a bit of difference in the distance from the road.
I haven't got anything else to contribute. The chapel at which my ancester was minister, was the one in my photo and as far as I am concerned that is all there is to it

and apparently the providence chapel at flimwell does still exist you can view it from the air on google maps.
