Suffolk / Re: Suffolk parish registers to go online?
« on: Thursday 07 August 25 11:34 BST (UK)  »
I'm SO excited! This thread started in 2014. Our impatience is about to be rewarded 🙂.

I can't believe it has taken that long to get to this stage as even with covid and the hold these records should have been online years ago but I am another one that can not wait until tomorrow.

Suffolk / Re: William Young 1673
« on: Thursday 08 February 24 20:35 GMT (UK)  »
The first William could have died young as it would make sense why they called their next born male William as well.

The information came from the Ipswich baptism records that this and others can be purchased from the Suffolk FHS website.

There was a William Younge baptised at Ipswich St Matthew on 17 Jan 1674 to William and Katherine Younge. There was also another William baptised in 1677 to the same named parents at Ipswich St Margarets.

It's unclear whether it finishes at the start or end of Monday, so don't leave it too late.

Free access ends 13 Nov 2023 at 11:59 p.m.

One Drive from Microsoft works just like Dropbox so it isn't complicated at all.

What is happening is how Dropbox works, you make a change on one and it changes on the other.

You can stop this behaviour by doing this under "Can I stop syncing specific folders?":
