Thank you so much for replying.

I would like to locate any of their children. I believe that they had a son, also named James Farquhar (possible middle A). He married a Gladys Barber in Gravesend, Kent, England around 1937. They had a son, also named James Farquhar. I believed that they divorced and she came to Canada around 1947, on the Aquatania with her son.

I do know that James and Gladys lived in Lossiemouth during their marriage. No one seems to know whatever happened to James Farquhar (whom married Gladys). I will see if I can find any other information.

Thanks again for taking the time to reply.

Moray (Elginshire) / Farquhars in Lossiemouth-any help appreciated.

I am looking for information on the children born to:
James Farquhar (born 1864, died Dec 1, 1959-aged 95 yrs) married to Margaret Sutherland (born 1869, died Sept. 5, 1934-aged 65 years). They lived in Lossiemouth and I believe are buried there. There may be a second marriage for James Farquhar possibly to a Jessie Sutherland.

I am new to research and any help that you could provide or direction would be greatly appreciated. I am writing from Ontario Canada. I believe some of the family may have come to Canada.
