Ann Collier also had another son with George Francis Godwin. His name was George Godwin b.abt 1867 (probably at Patrick Plains, NSW) He d.24 Aug 1936 Bellingen, NSW.

George Godwin married Eliza Stephenson 1887 Inverell, NSW

One of their son's Edward James Godwin married Lillian Laurette Watkins in Grafton, NSW 1915.
They had five children.

Lillian died 24 Mar 1929 Grafton, NSW.
Edward James Godwin married a second time to Rebecca Anastasia Adrian Everingham in Grafton, NSW 1932.
They had three children.

I would love any photos that you have of the headstones at Ramornie Cemetery. I think the Clarence Valley Council has now closed it to public access.

I guess also by now vandals have destroyed what was left.
A lot of cemeteries in the Clarence Valley are suffering the same fate.

William Johnson was the on who was at:
From Walter Samson & Co., New South Wales National Directory 1867 - 1868 The Clarence

Johnson W (at Tyndale)

He had a property on the Coldstream River called "Coldstream Station"
His wife Anne Johnson (nee Small) resided at the property at Tyndale NSW known as "Bondi"after his disappearance.


What became of William Johnson is still a mystery.

Anne SMALL & William JOHNSON were married 27 Jun 1846 Woodford Island, Clarence River, NSW

Am trying to find a death record for her husband William JOHNSON.

William JOHNSON left his wife about 1870. No trace can be found.
