Hi Anjo. I haven't looked in a while re Dwyers but kept getting dead ends. What address did you have in Dungarvan for Mary? Were you able to located wedding record as I never could for Kate and Michael., The surviving family went to USA. Did Marys family ? You can PM me if you wish. With no fathers name for Kate I was never able to get any further but maybe something will yet reveal itself with time.

Family History Programs, Tree Organisation, Presentation / re pedigree charts
« on: Thursday 08 January 15 10:01 GMT (UK)  »
Hi, Does anyone have any suggestions for a pedigree chart generator in name format that will allow me to type in names and print three to five generations?  I don't want to attach them to my own family tree as it is for others research. I had tried familyecho.com but wanted to find another. Thanks.

Hi Anne
I have kind of gone of that trail as I never made any further findings. I was trying to find Catherine Higgins nee Dwyer and all I know is that she had possibly a sister or mother  Hanora Dwyer, but I was never able to find out where she was from. I know she lived in Dungarvan in the 1860's and died there in 1874.

Thanks I had seen that record and ruled it out. What I was hoping to find was a newspaper report as I can't find anything online and I imagined newspapers would have reported a fatal car accident.

I wonder can anyone help. I am looking for info on fatal car accident that happened probably in 1962 or 1963 in New York maybe In Bronx. James Mangan died on way to hospital, he would have been in his early 60's. That is the only info I have. Thanks!

Waterford / Re: Re National Library look for Dungarvan, Co Waterford

Thanks for your interest, I have those births and also a few more from 1859 to 1871. I think she was born 1835- 1845. She must not have been from Dungarvan but I have no idea where she would have been or maybe it is just one of those records that went AWOL. It might also have been Dyer rather than Dwyer.

Waterford / Re National Library look for Dungarvan, Co Waterford

I have been searching for marriage record of Michael Higgins to Catherine or Kate Dwyer c 1858. She died in 1874 in Dungarvan but I am not sure if she was from there. I had a short visit to the library there but could not find any details and there is no record on rootsireland either. I have posted previously re this family but no seems to be researching them.
If anyone is looking up records for Dungarvan or wider Waterford area, could they keep an eye out for these names.
Thanks
