Lancashire Lookup Requests / Evers family in West Derby 1850 onwards
« on: Sunday 13 December 09 20:40 GMT (UK)  »
Hello all, ;)
I was just wondering if anyone had some good links for searching for burial's in the Liverpool area?
My great grand parents x3 and a lot of family since are buried in the area, I don't live that close so cannot spend any time physically going around the churches to find out.
I was wondering if anyone knew of any site's that allow you to see where/which graveyard's they have been interred in. They seem to have been based in the area since the 1850's (coming originally from Ireland) and married in the Catholic churches of St. Joseph's Blundellsands and St. Peter's Seel street.
They seem to have stayed local to the West Derby area so I think they will be somewhere close...... :-\
again not sure of the area or what churches are local and there are alot of churches in Liverpool. :D
Thank you all for your time
Chris :-*

Hi I agree with Jacques,
It does look like porter, if you check out the writing style a couple of lines below (easier to reader scholar). The letters are easier to decipher.
Hope that makes sense :D

Carlow / Mary Hayden
« on: Friday 04 December 09 20:35 GMT (UK)  »
Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone can help!!!!!!!! ???
I am looking for my Grandmother x 3.
Mary Hayden born in County Carlow in 1830 daughter of Thomas Hayden born c. 1791 also in County Carlow. Do not know his wife's name I am afraid or when they crossed the sea to Liverpool.
Mary was first married to James Dwyer in 1861 (sept qtr) in Liverpool (8b 779). When she would have been 30/31 years old? :D
Thank you in anticipation
Christine
