My Mum , Margaret Wheeler was in Marden Orphanage for 6 years starting in 1943 . She was 4 years old but thinks your mother might remember her sister, Jean Wheeler who is 76 . If you are still looking for information on the Girls you mentioned, I can phone my Auntie Jean and ask her . My Mum now lives in Canada but I was able to take my kids (all 7) 'over the pond' to Brockenhurst and show them the Orphanage of which they've heard so many stories !
