sorry about the delay My relative was returned to the parish where he lived  so is recorded in the district of his death Others were buried within the grounds of winterton some unnamed \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\durham record office is your best bet  write to the archivist giving the details of your relative you might be lucky

winterton house was a lunatic asylum but was also used as a convelescence home for sufferers of tuberculosis  i had a distant relative die there in the 1940s from t.b
