Hello, This is also my family history. My grandmother was Mary Cameron nee Mcghee married Donald Campbell of Oban in Australia in 1920. I have letters regarding the property at Gilminscroft Sorn Aryshire regarding Margaret Cameron the wife of John McGhee's first wife, George Mcghee parents. John Mcghee married twice, second wife I think was Janet Maxwell. I think you will find that Donald Campbells blacksmith shop was in Port Appin neat the Port Appin Hotel. This is my family history also. My maternal grandmother was also  Mary Cameron McGhee, she was the sister of  your George McGhee. My Mary Cameron McGhee had a daughter  who is my ( my mother. Mary Cameron McGhee never married;she died when my mother was just 3 &1/2  yrs old.My mother was born in August 1920 and is still living.I am her eldest daughter .Please get in touch.
