Monmouthshire Lookup Requests / Bedwellty Workhouse Inmates Lists

I am trying to locate information on Robert N Walters who died aged 45 in Tredegar (Bedwellty) Workhouse in 1910. He could have been there at any time between 1901 and 1910. (I have located him in 1901 aged 37 living in East Lane Tredegar with his Mother and Brother. I am unable to find information on line regarding inmates and live too far away to visit the Gwent record office.

Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Hi, I am hoping you're still following up the Jones/Corbett murder and associated families.
When I read the item it sent some shivers up my spine as I am the Great Grandson of Gertrude Nash and have been researching our family for a while, and have just started on the murder she had mentioned to me.
Most of the names you have mentioned on the Jones / Nash side I am familiar with through some notes I have taken from my great grand mother's bible. I can fill you in on the family background as she was alive until 1970 she was 96 when she died and I knew her well. She occasionally mentioned the murder in the family. I have some photo's you may be interested in.
As you are from NZ you may want to hop across the pond to Oz as there are Joneses living there! I'm thrilled at the possibility of finding some more 'relatives'

I read with great interest your item regarding the above murder. I have just started to research my family tree in earnest and have some information about the family particularly the Tredegar connection which you may be interested in.
