Thank you!

He changed his name, I would go to the records myself but I live to far away. I’d like to see if he is listed on the electoral roll for that time period. The Suffolk archives have paused their search requests unfortunately

Hi

I’m looking for a Nigel George Andrew Sabori of 11 Northgate Street, Bury St Edmunds. He gave this as his address in a probate record dated 1983. He was born in abt 1932.

I was wondering if someone could search the records at the Suffolk Record Office, the next time they visit please, to see if he is listed as an occupant there and how long for.

Thank you in advance!

It makes sense that she was Elizabeth Cox then married James Fenton.
I’ve trawled through records on findmypast, freereg , ancestry, family search, the London archives, national archives and haven’t found them. I’ve moved out of London too so going to the archives is no longer possible.
I could go through the newspaper archives or find some directories online. That might shed some light.

It could also be that their particular parish records aren’t online.

It’s not a biggie, it’ll just be nice to tick that box :)

That makes sense. I’ve located the rest, I just haven’t found anything about the Fentons

She refers to Elizabeth as her niece so I assumed it would be Warner. The other last names in the will are White and Allen but she definitely states that Elizabeth is her niece, the other last names appear to be people who have married into the family.

I haven’t found the marriage but it definitely says Fenton in Mary Warners will

Hi

I have been round in circles trying to find any information on James Fenton. He is mentioned in a will by Mary Warner who died in 1799 in Enfield. She references her niece Elizabeth Fenton the wife of James Fenton of Golden Lane watch maker. I thought I’d find him listed as an apprentice but I haven’t come up with anything thus far. If anyone could help locate anything on James or Elizabeth that would be amazing!
