I Have a David Finlay/Findlay and an Isabella Stewart in my family tree all I known is they have a daughter Isabella Finlay/ Findlay she was born abt, 1841 in Blairgrowrie Perth. I got the information from her marriage and census records. She married David Watson in Dundee Scotland in 1864. It is like she appears out of thin air as I can find no records for her before her marriage. She list both parents as deceased on her marriage in 1864.  I can find no record of them either.  I am hoping someone recognizes them.

I am looking for anyone with connections to these families.  Alexander Ellis and Ann Langlands I know they were married 1798 in Oathlaw Angus, all their children were born in Craig by Montose in 1806 Alexander was a tenent in Westertown.

William Shand and Jean Caird were married in St.Vigeans and all their children were born in Arbroath. William was a weaver.

William and Jeans son James married Alexander and Anns daughter Margaret in 1828 in Arbroath in 1837 James was a grounds officer on the Estate of Dunnichen and after that was a baker and a linen weaver.
Any connections?
