a relation is looking into the Bigley family tree

In 1940, his Nana, Catherine Bigley was bombed out of her home in Princess Street. All of the photos of the family that were in that house at the time have been lost. My relation has managed to get a couple of photos of her father Robert Nichol Bigley born in 1881 at 29 Commercial Road, Jarrow but at present, non for her mother, Mary.
Mary Bigley was originally Mary Costelloe and married Robert Nichol Bigley in 1924. If a photo was to turn up, it would be great for the family and this is our last ditch attempt.
We know that the family lived at the following addresses:
52 Walter Street, Jarrow
34 Nixon Street Back, Jarrow
Princess Street, Jarrow
108 High Street, Jarrow.
Mary was born on 13th May 1903 at 4 Fife Street, Gateshead and died on 4th December 1951 at 108 High Street, Jarrow.
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
