Hi Lisa
I was excited to get you email too.
Yes it should have been Mary Jane Garside - born in Blackburn - sorry a senior moment!
I am new to this Genes Reunited lark and, at the moment, am only a free member. I have not yet put our tree on the web. I am having protracted discussions with family members who are against the idea so it is a case of 'watch this space' I think. Fingers crossed I win. I tried to find you on Genes but have not had any luck - I am not very good at computers though so it is probably my fault. Reginald Jones Whitworth was my husband's Gt Uncle. We were told he had 17 children but I do not know if that is correct. We have him on the 1901 Census living in Cram st, Bury, aged 25 living with wife Susannah (22) and daughter Lily (9m). Also in the household is Thomas Baker (18) and Harry Baker (7) Brothers in law to Reginald.
Unfortunately we do not live in Lancashire any longer but we are still firm Lancastrians.
