Thanks for this.  I'll have a look on Mayo roots.
Is the 1911 information you've posted from the census?

Thankyou so much. That was really helpful. I have found 3 Maurice Collins married in Cork around the time he would have got marred. I'm going to check the birth dates of his children to narrow down the marriage certificates.

Thanks again.

Please help. I don't know where to begin to look to find out information on my Great grandfather Morris Collins who married Annie. Both are registered as being born in County Cork.
They lived in Aberavon (port Talbot), Wales in 1901, both were in their 40's then.
Hope someone can suggest where  I look to find out their birthplaces or their marriage details.
Thankyou

Thanks for replying. I recognise your Livingstones from all my research. I did wonder if they were somehow related. Mine were catholics and all farmers in the Islandeady area of Mayo. So I guess no relation.
Thanks again.

I notice Vincemcnabb has lots of information on the Livingstones. Although I don't recognise the names from my tree, I am wondering if they are somehow related.
I wonder if you could share your information on the Livingstones?
Thankyou

I'm looking for information on the Livingstones/Livingstons, descendants of Martin Livingstone and Ellen Gavin who were married in c1843.
I found records of catholic marriages and baptisms in Islandeady which i believe are the children of the above. Thanks
