I can send this to you if we ever are allowed to send a personal message. Your dad wrote to me and told me about what everyone was doing etc its lovely to speak to one of you. I was doing the family tree as a surprise for my dad for his 70th birthday last year we are now researching the rest together. look forward to hearing from you again

« on: Sunday 13 February 11 08:56 GMT (UK)  »
Hi Allan
i dont have any info on sarah skein we've really struggled with this family as my dad has very limited information about the pearsons as he was orphaned quite young so has no-one to ask so a lot of it has been guess work so far. I think she was born in ireland from what the census says so even more difficult to suss out

Lancashire / Re: ellen pearson what was her married name?
« on: Tuesday 08 February 11 19:24 GMT (UK)  »
Hi pauline
This has been a very difficult one it is only in the last couple of months that my dad has realised that ellen who hed always known as auntie dolly was actually his auntie and not just a friend of his parents he was an only child who was orphaned young and has no living relations to get any info from. He only has vague memories of her running the northumberland house and we cant find any marriages for her in salford so i wondered if anyone had any possible names of her or her husband through the irish dance halls so that i could check marriages in other areas.

Lancashire / ellen pearson what was her married name?
« on: Tuesday 08 February 11 19:02 GMT (UK)  »
Hi
i am trying to trace information regarding my great aunt ellen(dolly) pearson born 1909 in salford i am unable to find out who she married, but apparently he owned or ran irish dance halls in salford, and for a short time the couple ran the northumberland house (pat corrys) on derby street salford. The pearson family from salford are proving to be a difficult one to crack  ???

Hi
I have blackburn bradleys in my family including my grandmother ellen bradley born 1867, i have recieved a lot of information regarding the bradley family from the bradley one name study www.one-name.org/profiles/bradley.html. The information came very promptly and any information you give to them is also added to the study which helps other bradley researchers.
thanks sharron
