My thanks go to a member of this forum for finding the plot number for Arthur and Adelaide

Using the plan I have of the cemetery, on my next visit, I should be able to find the headstone.

As a new forum member, I have only previously made 1 post but when I received a PM I was unable to reply because of the forum restriction. This restriction seems a little strange to me.

I am now in the process of making two further posts in an attempt to enable the PM facility for myself

I'm new to this forum so excuse my green-ness  :-[ ;)

I visited Barnsley Cemetery today to have a walk around to see if I could find any of my ancestor's burial plots.

But, the cemetery is so huge that I only managed to find one gravestone for George William Acklam who died 18 Sep 1957 and was buried 21 Sep 1957 - plot number 15 12 Con

I am particularly interested in finding the plots for Arthur Acklam and Adelaide Acklam (nee Beaumont) (Husband and Wife)
Arthur died 9 Feb 1945 and Adelaide died 20 Feb 1987

But, if a general search for any other burials of other Acklam family members is possible, I would be very interested to know the associated plot numbers for anyone found.

Note, thanks to carolanne's post #94 I have already made note of the seven names listed in that post

Any help would be much appreciated
