There are still McTaggarts living in Lisanover. I am gone from the area for years so I am not able to give you any details. I'm sure some of them are on facebook,or you could send a letter to McTaggart family,Lisanover, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan. and you could get a reply from them

The name Con was carried on down the years and the last Con that I know of was a great fiddle player and used to play at all the local functions.I'm nearly positive he passed away a few years ago

You should be checking the 1911 Census.In 1911 there was a James Doyle 28 yrs old in Cloncovet. Also in Dundavan there was A Julia aged73 with a son Michael 34 who worked on the railway

I knew a John Charters in Loch Gowna.I think he passed away sometime in the 1990s.He was a bachelor.

Did you check out the 1911 Census ? It can be viewed online now and they are in Castlepoles in the Arvagh parish
