Hello,

The 1851 census shows my ancestor, Thomas King, who lived in Sussex, to have been born in Bocking, Essex:

White Lion St., New Shoreham, Sussex
Thomas King, Head, Mar, 63, Shoemaker (Master), Essex Bocking

Does his baptism appear in the Bocking parish register?  I do not know his parents' names.  I should be very grateful for any help in identifying his origins.

Yes.  I do have names and dates from the ANESFHS website.  In this circumstance, however, a full transcription is needed to identify the people to whom each date pertains; some members of the family, from different generations, shared the same names, and so I cannot distinguish between them from the information given on the ANESFHS MI Index.  Here are the details:
