Hi Ken

Thank you so much for your help and guidance

I found Edwards discharge, but if it is him I may never know unless I can get down to Kew, but at least you have given me a start.

Hi All

I have just found a relation   Edward Birch abt 1790 - abt 1873  Stafford

In the 1851 Census he is down as a Chelsea Pensioner

Is there any way I can find out anything about this

I would be grateful for any help or information

Thanks
Sue

Hi Celia

Not the Birkenhead Priory itself

I think it was a block of flats or something, it was by the Gas Works & Central Station area, not as far over as the Priory.
       :-\     I think anyway      :-\

Hi All

Anyone know anything about Briory Building in Birkenhead it used to be by the Gas Works and Central Station, someone I knew lived there in the 1960's and they were asking about it, and when it was demolished.
As I don't have any memory of if I thought someone out there might.

Thanks
Millie

She was

Ann Leese  ..  1827  ..  Wolstanton, Stoke

Grandson  ..  Richard  ..  1878

No not sure,
Only I found an Ann Leese in a 1881 census, with a Grandson Richard Leese 1878, thought that might have been ...  the son of Richard 1844 ? or am I trying to make things harder for myself !

Did you mean Richard and not Thomas died in 1870 ?
