I haven't answered before now, better late than never ! Berry Pomeroy is the parish next to Stoke Gabriel in Devon near Babbacombe.SA has used both ! Are there any SA's in Stoke Gabriel ? The one's you mentioned do not agree with any of my Angels. My Grand mother was born in St.Mary Church a parish arround the otherside of the bay. SA's wife Grace Eliza Robins(1838-1912) was born, died and buried in St Mary Church; so was her father John !

, I hope we can help each other,my aunt Margaret was brought up as a Denham (addopted, I think), she married my father's brother Harry Sledge, Jul 28 1934 at St. Michael's and all Angels church, Enfield, Middlesex, England.Said church is located on the corner of Chase Side and Gordon Hill, she used to live a few doors up Gordon Hill, I think it was number 12. I have a photo of their wedding in the album my mother gave me of some of my ancestor's. Is this of any help to you, I'm clutching at straws to find any info about my aunt. Regards, Colin(dreamer).

:)I think four or five of the Bamford's listed are my relations ! Elizabeth Ann (1807-1883 William's first wife),Florence Elizabeth (1847-1915 William's second wife), Henry (1846-1889),William(1809-1886). Sarah Ann (1854-1886) has the same REF as William,could she be a daughter ? They seem to be in the same plot. Any help with these names will please me very much, regards, dreamer.

Please could someone lookup for me in the London area, John Trumper Sledge;from the Abney Park Cemetery Trust Index:-20 jun 1857,49y,018519,C04,1S08; therefore he was born 1808. AS he was my ggfather any information would be a Great help ! Regards dreamer.
