Could someone see if this photo can be corrected? My Momma is the tall child at age 10. she asked me if it could be fixed. It's of her and 2 old friends. She also stated that it looked like something was over her mouth. I told her it looked like a mustache. LOL. Any help will be appreciated.

I was asked to enlarge the photo to see if it could be corrected any easier. Thanks to the ones who tried before. Each and every one was better than what I had.
