Herefordshire Lookup Requests / Donnington baptism after 1931

I'm not sure if anyone can help, but I was with an elderly uncle (b.1931) last week & he seems to think he was baptised at Donnington church. He does use the pc (bless him) & has been looking for Donnington baptisms. but obviously his is probably a little too recent. His name is Ronald Winter & I just wondered if there was way I could find out for him - with the help of you fantastic people on this site. Many thanks in advance.

Looking for descendants of Harry MERCER & Mary WINTER (formerly of Ledbury). Daughter PEGGY b.1916 married Roland GIBSON 1935. I have a rather lovely photograph of Harry Mercer (I believe taken in Buckingham Palace) which I would like to reunite with the family.

Hi, can anyone please look-up the marriage of Peggy MERCER, West Ham 1935. She either married Frank Pratt or Roland Gibson. I'd be extremely grateful as I have a lovely photograph I'd like to pass on if I can trace their descendants. Thanks so much in advance.

Yes Newf, Krisesjoint also came up with that marriage on page 1. I'm pretty certain it's them.

No Newf, no idea as to why they married in Chelsea - that's another mystery. I can't thank-you enough for your help & interest. I noticed that John Cabel was widowed between 1861/71 looked on freeBMD & found Anns death in 1869, I wonder if that explains why Frances was with the Aplins in 1871, I assume that maybe this was Anns brother - but as I've found out, one should never assume anything.

No, I haven't got the marriage cert. as I obviously had to send for a birth cert. to find out for certain Frances Kates maiden name as I still wasn't sure whether it was SHIRE or CABEL.......... must admit I was still surprised when it turned out to be CABBLE.
