Hi,  Sorry I dont. He was my Grand Uncle. He married Florence Gilbert in 1916 just before he went overseas. I have looked at document A12707 which I believe has the prison camp that he was in, but I am unable to decipher it.
Really appreciating all the help you are giving me.

George Bagshaw 9181 2Bn Sherwood Foresters.Died POW 29th August 1916. Buried Hamburg. Looking for information of where he was a prisoner and when was he capturered?

I was considering a professional researcher to find out the information I was looking for, but as it is miminal and I do have parents names and religion  etc it would not be worth it.

Sorry to take so long to reply, but thank you.
I have obtained information from Ancestry from the Irish Extraction Database Record of Williams marriage.
However I was hoping that there might be more information than what was provided.
I am unable to find Williams parents. Who they were etc.
As for Catherine her surname has been spelt many ways.
Her death certificate spells it as MacKnight.
There is a Richard Mc Knight and Eliza who could be her parents.
So thank you very much for your reply. It was appreciated.
