such a shame as I've spent a lot of time tracing his line - the 1911 census has helped confirm this. There where two Joseph Hills born within a few years of each other, both with fathers called Joseph - I always thought this one was my one due to the proximity of where I live now but it's definately not - hopefully a trip to the PRO will answer some of my current blanks!
