Lease for 21 years from Sir alter Bagot, bart., and Edward Bagot, esq., his [son] and heir apparent, to Maurice Cadwalader, of a messuage or tenement called Taly Cefn isa in the township of Ffrithoedd, co. Denbigh, and closes of land belonging called y Coed Kay, tir yr odyn, y llogmawr, y bryn mawr, y ddol frwynog, y ddol newys, y bryn melyn, y waen fawr, bron y gamdda, bron y mwdwl, cae'r graig, y ffrith goch, y ffrith arw, ffrith David ap Owen, ffrith newydd, ffrith wair, and Craig y bythe, a messuage or tenement in the tenure of Maurice Cadwalader in ffrithoedd and closes of land belonging called y tir newydd, y batting bach, y Cae mawr, y waen, yr Abore, y Cae newyss, y Cae glas, ffrith y gwairm y Cae Cochion, y ffrith vcha, and a third part of ffrithgyd, and a messuage or tenement in the township of Ffrithoedd late in the tenure of Thomas Griffith or Edward Thomas, his son, and closes of land belonging called y Cae tan y ty, y gilfach, y Cae gleision, Cae yr yscybor, pen craig yr eryr, y ffrithoed Cochion, and two parts of ffrithgyd.
