Nice to hear from you, are you sure they are not related ???. William Williamsons mother was Barbara Robinson,( My 3x great grandmother), maybe it was passed down the line from her side of the family??.

Barbara robinson was born in 1821 in Harrington, her husband was Joseph Williamson. She lived untill 1908, so could one of her brothers/ sisters taken possession of the Bible.

He died in 1878 J/F/M. His brother Jacob was my Great great grandfather.

WoW. Thanks so much..The surtees was a great help. Joseph was my 4x great grandparent. You have confirmed to me that i was right and he had previously married his first wife Tamar Angus. His second wife was Sarah Short (My Line) and now i have her age at death it will make it easier to find her death, although there are a few sarahs around that time it as narrowed it down.
Once again thankyou for taking the time to reply, it has been very much appreciated.

Hi, I dont know if this was posted too long ago for you to see my message but if you still have the inscriptions i would really appreciate any information on Surtees, Angus and Bell.
