Hi Bruce,

It looks to me that Charles ( the Charles born circa 1810 married to Mary Ann posted by Cariad) is the brother of Aaron ( son of Moses) who married Lovey Bowman ( and others!!).

Does this match with your thinking and the data you have?

best wishes

rcuser

Hi rcuser,

Yes, the Charles ROSSITER that Cariad has listed is the son of Moses ROSSITER and Mary ELLIOTT. He married Mary Ann BRYANT on July 01, 1832, at St Philips and Jacob, Bristol, England.

The children I have for them are:

Charles b. 1834
Moses b. 1837 d 1842
Lewis b. 1839  d at an early age
Mary Ann b. 1841
Selina b 1846

Charles ROSSITER Jr. married Eliza CHAMBERLAIN and they arrive in Canada on June 13, 1870 with 5 children. He was sponsored by the Bristol Emigration Club.

Edit: Thanks to rcuser, I have corrected the maiden name of Eliza Chamberlain.

Hi Researcher99,

I may have some answers for Aaron Rossiter's family because he was my Gt-gt-grandfather and I have done some research on this part of the family.
