Hi

Just returned from Belfast records office ( to order marraige cert )  we also were having problems with urban numbers, we asked the the staff if he could explain urban numbers his explination was eg. urban 7  is now BT7  ie : a Belfast postcode .

Personally it seems too simple but this is what we were told

Hi i have just started family tree and from census i have found on 1911 census - antrim

My great grandfather was William John Reilly
   married  to Margaret

They had children called - Bridget, william John, margaret ,clara, mary ellen , patrick  all listed in belfast

I am told by family that william  john father was from Cavan  and his father may have been Patrick , it is also said that at  one time they could have been O'reilly

if anyone recognises any of the above please contact me . thanks

Would anyone have any information regarding an auction house in belfast i believe it was either in the milford area, have found out that my grandfather george mcbride worked there

Im getting there ,  my grandfather george mcbride is still somewhat of a mystery , i cannot find a DOB for him anywhere  only marraige detail which have been supplied through this site, so   i need the marraige certificate  before i can progress.

I am really grateful for that information , things are looking up ,  the pieces look like they are fitting together ,

This has helped me enormously

I am still trawling to try and identify both george mcbride,s birthdate and bridget reilly's dates of birth who i belive was born around 1895 i know she died in july 1978.

Everytime i type this into search engines i get zero ,  but will still persevere 

Could you assist with any of this information
