I would like to  thank all you wonderful people who have helped in the solving of my query.    Thank you also for pointing me in the right direction for information.   I have managed to gain much more information about the Priddis/Knight family than expected.

thanks very much for your very prompt reply.   Yes I saw the other birth on GRO.   I have also checked free bmd for a marriage with no luck at all.    I don't have access to the census forums at all.    I believe he died in WW1 which I need his first names to research

Ruth born Ely 1912.    Trying to find details of Fa KNIGHT and Mo Priddis, first names DOBs and Marriage.    I have tried all my resources and have hit a blank wall.    Grateful for any help.

The above served in 9 Air Formation Royal Signals and died as the result of an accident in Italy on 30 Oct 1944.   He is buried in Arezzo War Cemetery , Italy.
How can I find out what WW2 medals he was entitled to?

looking for details of his Unit and his death
He was born in 1924 Fa Montague and Mo Olive nee Thorpe.
He died 30 Aug 1944 and is buried in Arezzo War Cemetery in Italy.    He served in 9 Air Formation R Sigs
