Is this a scan of an original?
It's posted as greyscale so very difficult to restore.
Not a fan of image effects and filters --- this is the best I can do and still retain something of the original image...

The ladies looked so happy, I couldn't resist.
Not happy with the stool leg.
I ran this as a HDR image to try and improve the dynamic range.....
