I spent some time yesterday transcribing the 1763 Will of John Harry gentleman. It mentions his wife Margaret and a son Richard. It speaks of his estate in Lower Am------ (can't read),also looks like John Webbers tenement.
Can't be sure but I think this John Harry married 25.7.1725 St Mabyn,Mrs Margaret Hamley.I think she might have been a widow. They had children Jane 1727,Diana 1728 John 1730,William 1732,Elizabeth 1735 and Richard 1740.Only Richard is mentioned in the Will.

I wonder if this is Margaret Hamley's maiden name ...

Marriage:
Robert Hamley & Margaret Hewet 14 Aug 1702 , Lanviet

Ps could you post a section of the will that you can't transcribe ... ie: the part about the estate ...lower Am ??

Rex/Deb, could the bottom of this post be the family of Margaret Hamly?  From IGI.  She would have been 17 and a half when she married John Harry on 25Jul1725 St Mabyn.  Richard Harry 1740 St Mabyn would have married Ann Brown 18Jul1742 - 24Jan1827 on 14Jun1768 in St Kew.  First child Jane Harry 7Jun1769 St Kew would have married William Boscombe 9Sep1770 St Breock (Died around June 1847) on 27Dec1791 in St Kew.  Jane Boscombe (nee Harry) died around Mar 1847.  They were in the 1841 census together in St Breock at age 70.

John Harry and Margaret Hamly children = Jane Harry 1727, Diana Harry 1728, John Harry 1730, William Harry 1732, Elizabeth Harry 1735, Richard Harry 1740.  Richard Harry 1740 and Ann Brown Children = Jane Harry 1769, Mary Harry 1770, Ann Harry 1772, John Harry 1775, Margaret Harry 1777, William Harry 1779.  William Boscombe 1770 and Jane Harry 1769 children = William Harry Boscombe 21Sep1794 - 1858 St Kew, Ann Boscombe 17Jul1796 St Kew, Jenny Boscombe 25Mar1798 St Kew, John Boscumbe 25May1800 St Kew-Mar1872St Kew, Catherine Boscombe 2May1802St Kew, Richard Boscombe 28Jul1805 St Kew, Dennet Boscombe 12Jul1807 St Kew, Elizabeth Boscombe 1809 St Kew and maybe Mary Boscombe 1792.

You mentioned that Ann Brown 1742 was likely the daughter of Samuel Brown and Jane Pain who were married 30Sep1741 St Kew.

William Boscombe 1770 was the Son of William Buscombe 26Feb1740 St Breock and Dennet Stone c. 1745 m. 7Oct1764 St Breock.

Did you ever get this sorted out?  I'm researching William Boscombe c. 1770 Withiel m. Jane Harry 1769 St kew on 27 Dec 1791 with Son John Boscombe 1800 St Kew and at least 4 other children.  I was told Jane Harry was the daughter of Richard Harry and Ann Lobb.  William Boscombe 1770 Withiel was the Son of John Buscombe 1734 Withiel? and Catherine Lobb St Breock.  Catherine Lobb was the daughter of Richard Lobb c. 1707 and Catherine Rescorla c. 1707 St Breock.  Any information you could provide me would be great.
