 he had a brothers Robert ,Alex ,James ,David, Hugh, and George and a sisters Meta 

as iam trying to trace my roots I would love to know if they have any information on the Porter family

              i just joined this site after i typed into the search engine about my granda, he was george mcgrugan and the names above are his brothers and sister, my dads name is also george mcgrugan.

and referring to the question about where the 'entry'  is in doagh, my mum was born in doagh and said that the entry is just up a bit from McConnells pub in doagh.
