Do you have his exact date of birth?  Only there is a private tree with a J C E Price born 3 Feb 1883 Poplar.

If he was alive in 1939 you can search by that birth date but with so many first names he could be using any of them  :-\

Guessing you have checked for deaths and he isn’t with the family in 1891?

Sometimes children can be found with grandparents so check that out if you haven’t already.

If the parents were alive in 1911 the census should give number of children who have died to cross reference.

You have 3 different spellings of the surname there RodEast.

Which one is on her birth?  Presuming you have that to know her parents names.

Can you find John & Mary on the 1939 register?

Their marriage should have the fathers names as a starting point.

she isn't with Squire on the 1851 census, he appears to be with his parents but he does state married.

Can you find births of any children for them?

Is there any indication she was in a workhouse?  I thought the assumption was she was sent to relatives.  Appreciate we don’t know for sure - yet.

What about the little brother, he likely went to school too so is it worth asking about him too?
