Hi Ken,

John lewis-age 20-married Christiana Barker-age 21-on June 9th 1862 at Darley Abbey.
Johns father is Joseph Wilson.
Christianas father is William Barker.

They had one child in Darley Abbey-Charles William Lewis-baptised 31st May 1863-parents John &
Christiana.

John Lewis died in Darley Abbey-burial date 23rd November 1863-aged 22.

I think some of the family was buried at Osmaston by Derby.His mother and father seem to be there.
Severne Thomas-burial 7/1/1809-Derby.
Severne Luisa-burial 14/11/1831-aged 17-Litchurch.
Severne Francis-burial 35/7/1832-aged 53-Litchurch.
Severne William-burial 21/11/1842-aged 20-Birmingham-formerly of Derby.
Severne louisa-burial 23/4/1851-aged 64-Derby.

I have the parish records for Shirley and quite a few baptisms and marriages are missing.
There is some banns and how many times they were read in there.Many of my relations are from
Shirley and I sent for a marriage that didn't appear in the parish records and they were married at Shirley Church so somehow missed out on the parish records. :-[

Eliza was 29 years
Thomas was 2 months
John was 37 years old

ooohh I understand now.The Bishops transcripts for the earlier years have been added but the church register starts 1686.
