Hi Peggytoof

I have a lot of 'Jones' Whitworths in our family tree including William Jones Whitworth born 1843 Aston under Lyne.  I cannot help with the burial but our William Jones Whitworth is buried in Bury Cemetery in 1894 along with his wife Mary Jane nee Blackburn.  There are two children of his mentioned as being born in Ashton - Mary Louise and Beatrice Annie Jones.  Maybe they are related to you.  I believe William's son, Reginald, used to live in Summerseat.

Regards

Falmouth
where are you Falmouth? i got so excited when i saw your post,i thought i might explode!!!!!!!
Desperate to hear from you again, regards peggytoof xx
