How nice to hear from you. Yes I remember you leaning over the wall and asking about progress this "summer". I seem to have  been working on the externals all year but due to the weather progress has  been pitifully slow.

I now live in Kellet cottage having bought it 4 years ago from the  Addison family who had owned it from circa 1960. I understand Kellet House was in the ownership of William Walker until recently when it was sold to the Taylors. Members of the walker family now live in Merseyside..

If you have any info or photos of Kellet cottage I would love to here from you
