This William Laflin and Susan Cresswell were my 4 x great grandparents, and from my research did not get married in Essex - they were both born and lived in Ringshall, Suffolk I will have a look through my records and see if I can trace a William Laflin with connections to Essex.

Please could someone lookup on a death notice, or possible report of an inquest for Alfreda May BONNER, aged 11, who died at Benwell Baths, Bond Street on 2nd May 1930. An inquest was held on 5th May 1930 by Alfred Appleby, Coroner. Thanks

Not sure if you still look at Rootschat, but thought you may be interested to hear about an old bank safebox that I have had for many years. It has the name "Mr Fenning Brook" stencilled on it, and I was doing some research to see if I could find out more about the owner and came across your enquiry about the family. The box came from Lloyds Bank in Bramford Road, so presumably that is where the family banked.
