Hi Elwyn
Thank you so very much for that information. It was much appreciated. The fact that you took the time to look that all up and post it for us was really nice  :)

Hi Ellen
Looks like we are cousins :) It is great to finally find out what happened to Mary Ann and find out who the other brothers were. I will gladly share with you what I know of the Scottish side of Peters Family. I will private message you my email address

Hi Eddie
Thanks for that. Our paths crossed a few years ago in regards to Glackins in Glasgow.
I am still on the hunt for the original Irish ones. I will send you a PM with my email address and we can have a chat.
Cheers Anna

After your reply I went over the censuses again in case I was missing something.I think I might have found him in the 1841 census .He is recorded as being born in Wilmslow not Lutterworth or just Leicestershire as he has said in all the other censuses. The reason I think this might be him as on the LDS site they have the James Sharp that married Jane Acton as being born in Wilmslow. Also On the censuses Jane Acton said she was born in Wilmslow.
I know it is all a bit of guess work at this stage.
I will wait till the end of the week in case someone offers to help with the look up if not I will send away for the marriage certificate
Thanks again
Anna

Thankyou
I also can't find him before 1851
I might just have to send away for the marriage certificate
It was worth a try anyway
Thanks again for your input
Cheers

Thanks for your quick reply
I think you might have the wrong James as far as the death goes as I have him in the 1891 census living at Nantwich Cheshire. Then I have a record of death for Dec 1891 in Nantwich.

I was thinking his father might be a William as James named his first son William.
You know what its like when you have all the wee pieces but just need the one to join them all together
Many thanks Anna
