Yes Breighton is in the parish of Bubwith.

I think this is the same family, Jemima Duckels is such an unusual name, and it is not far from Swinefleet to parts of Howden parish - there was a ferry in operation from there across the river Ouse. It does look as if they had some connection to Bubwith at least.

Unfortunately, this does not help you find the parents of Sarah.

I therefore suggest you start with the only relative of hers that you have - her brother Thomas. From the 1851 census you will have his occupation. This should allow you to trace him on later census returns. Hopefully, he will still be at home living with some of his younger siblings (Miranda and Richard are not common names so they may be useful) - this may allow you to tie him into the family headed by Jemima on the 1841 census.

Its also worth tracing Sarah and her husband - occasionally other members of the family will be staying with them on census night. I would also trace all the children of John & Jemima - check the burial records at Howden to see if any of the Swinefleet children are buried there. Unfortunately, the parish records I have for Bubwith and Howden are too early for you.

You may want to check the Howden records as IGI has 3 children born in Howden to John & Jemima  - including John Clark Duckles on 2 Sep 1829

The burial records for Swinefleet has John Duckels buried in 1863 and Jemima in 1867 - both aged 65. Both records state the abode at death as been Breighton (near Bubwith). This may be a place to check for further traces of this family.

The marriage details, available from the FreeReg site, gives the abode of both bride and groom as Gunhouse (sic) - although their parish is listed as West Halton.

I'm searching for the baptism record of Abraham Taffinder (various spellings including Tafidell and Tavidar) who married in 1733 at Hatfield.
Earlier references to the surname are found at Hatfield and Thorne - they are thought to be of Dutch Femish origin.

The burials are for Christ Church Gleadless - I assume the churchyard.

There is no plot or grave number information provided.

Sarah is on the 1871 census living with her husband's parents - Edward & Eliz. SPENCER. She is listed as aged 25. On the 1901 census she is aged 53.

The idea that her mother may have married and she would have been recorded under her new name is a good suggestion - it should be possible for me to check all these families as there are so few women with the surname AUTY.
