Can anyone find the following family on the 1861 census please
Simon Walker b1811 Manchester, Lancashire
Elizabeth Walker b1819 Adlingfleet, Yorkshire (maybe nee Brighty)?
Elizabeth Brighty Walker b1850 East London (2 253)
Thomas John Brightey Walker b1853 London (1d 22)
James Gouldy Walker b1855 Westham, Essex (4a 23)

My great grandmother was Nellie Maria Walker (b1885 Plumstead), she married Charles Kemp in 1910. On her marriage cert. her father is named as James Goldie Walker.
I can't seem to pinpoint James GOLDIE Walker, surely his name is not that common
Any ideas?

I have come across Anne Bicknel and that is why I wasn't complete sure if it was the same person or somebody different.
To be sure is there any sign of any Bignell's in Selborne?

Hi,
I have found my relative William Court marrying Ann Bignell in 1854 in Petworth (2q 2b 381) and I have found them together on the 1881 census, still in Petworth. The census shows that Ann was born in Selborne in 1832 ish but I can't seem to find a match? There was however a big family of Bicknell's living in the Selborne area, is it possible that Bignell is Bicknell
